  3. Data from your communications with Dolfin: when sending us a communication, we collect the metadata of the same (time and date of the e-mail, identity of the sender and receiver, technical data) and the data incorporated in any communication between the User and Dolfin.

  • Collective: Natural persons, including representatives of legal entities, Interested in Dolfin services.
  • Data category: Name, email address, as well as the rest of the data that the Interested Party indicates in the newsletter registration form.
  • Recipients: The transfer of data to third parties is not foreseen, except legal obligation or prior unequivocal and informed consent of the interested party.
  • International: The international transfer of data is not foreseen.
  • Conservation periods: The data will be kept until the end of the purpose for which they were collected, unless the data must be kept due to a legal obligation.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Dolfin will process personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes established in this Privacy Policy, as well as to keep your personal information in compliance with the provisions of the relevant laws and regulations, especially in relation to the legal prescription periods, and for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims.

  • Right of access: allows the interested party to know and obtain information about their personal data submitted to treatment.
  • Right of rectification or deletion: allows to correct errors and modify the data that turns out to be inadequate or excessive.
  • Right of opposition: right of the interested party not to carry out the processing of their personal data or to cease it.
  • Limitation of the treatment: it entails the marking of the personal data kept, with the purpose of limiting its future treatment.
  • Data portability: provision of the data subject to processing to the interested party, so that the latter can transmit them to another person in charge, without impediments.

LEGISLATION

For all purposes, the relations between Dolfin and all Users of its services, present on the Platform, are subject to Spanish legislation and jurisdiction to which the parties expressly submit, being competent for the resolution of all derived conflicts or related to its use the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona (Spain).
